Certified Public Accountants, like all providers of personal financial services, are required by law to inform their clients of their policies regarding privacy of client information. This statement discloses the information practices for any and all S&A Web sites including what type of information is gathered and tracked, how the information is used, and with whom the information is shared. Types of information we collect.

The references to “sensitive personal data” are to the various categories of personal data identified by data privacy laws as requiring special treatment, including in some circumstances the need to obtain explicit consent. religious, philosophical or other similar beliefs, membership of a trade union or profession or trade association, physical or mental health, genetic code, addictions, sexual life, property matters or criminal record (including information about suspected criminal activities).
